They're at it again!

I just have to say that what the guys at Penny Arcade (a web-comic about video games) are doing is really cool. Last year they raised over $250,000 worth of toys, games, and cash for the Seattle Children's Hospital. This year, they've extended their project to five children's hospitals around America. Now, if you think that video games are bad or a waste of time (which in some cases I do) you can still help out by donating books, legos, movies, and other fun toys. If you have some extra money or want to do something nice for some kids, visit that link.

Only because.

Yeah, so I've read people's blogs who post regularly and think to myself, "I wish that I had interesting thoughts or interesting things that happen to me." However, some things that are happening in my life include:

1) I have been dating Megan for just over a year, and while the anniversary celebration did not go exactly as planned, we did have a great time picnic-ing and reflecting on the events of the past year.
2) I am becoming a more proficient archer. The highest you can score with six arrows is 54 points. I shot a 38, a 44, and a 49 today!
3) I am planning a talk for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship's annual Beach Retreat on how God's love can/should change us, focusing on the way we view others and how we take on new things through His love.
4) I had a most excellent birthday. Celebrated by a pint of Bass (not bad for horse piss and my apologies to those of you who enjoy beer) and a scavenger hunt leading to a $150 gift card to REI bought by a score of my friends here at NC State.

Um, not much else. Life is good. Maybe I'll do this more often. Maybe not.
