First Day of Classes...

So I just experienced the first day of classes for my fifth year here at NC State. Not too bad, but I was hoping that I'd be able to get out of buying so many books this year. We jumped right into things in my Intro to Modern Algebra class, but the grade distribution for past classes was good, so my hopes are high.

My job has been fairly high stress up to this point, but that's to be expected, especially considering everything that goes into getting a residence hall ready for fall move-in. I've also had to deal with some personnel issues, but I'm a pretty forgiving guy. I just hope that things clean up at the desk from here on out.

Oh, and if anyone has scads of money that they'd like to help me purhcase text books with, I'd be most grateful. Well, that's about it for now.

Wow, long time...

So it's been a really long time since I've put anything up here. I've been in Peru for 6 of the past 7 weeks and have spent the past week running around like a madman trying to see my friends and family before returning to Raleigh for school. The past few days have been a blur and I hope that I saw everyone that wanted to see me.

I've got training all this week for my job on campus. My training is pretty slack, but there's a lot of work to be done once the new administrative system for the dorms is set up. Hopefully it won't be too bad, but I think things might be a little stressful for the next week and half. Wish I had more to talk about, but that's about it for now.
