Last of the Mohicans
If you haven't seen it, see it. Otherwise, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
CHINGACHGOOK: The frontier moves with the sun and pushes the red man of the wilderness forests in front of it. Until one day there will be nowhere left. Then our race will be no more, or be not us ... The frontier place is for people like my white son and his woman and their children.
HAWKEYE: That's my father's sadness talking.
CHINGACHGOOK: No. It is true ... One day ... there will be no more frontier. Then men like you will go, too. Like the Mohicans. [pause] And new people will come. Work. Struggle. Some will make their life... But once, we were here.

I just saw this movie for the first time the other day. Very pretty, lovely music, great scenery. It seemed a lonely movie, if that makes sense. Probably not. But I like the quote you have picked.
